The winners of my engagement session giveaway! I am so happy that Cara found the post and applied (I’ll call it fate)!!  When I started the giveaway, I was really just itching to shoot after a LONG winter. I never expected to receive so many entries from couples who really did deserve something wonderful. As soon as I read Cara’s entry though, I knew that she and Alex deserved this the most. 

These two have had a rough go of things since they got engaged, both experiencing the loss of loved ones. I was SO honored to be able to give them something to look forward to and celebrate! 

I also got to do something that NEVER happens anymore….I got to show them the Rose Garden at Mill Creek Park for the first time! And we picked the best night—there were sooo many gorgeous blooms! Hoping the rest of their engagement is as bright and colorful as these photos!
